3. Technology & Access Requirements

Participation in live workshops requires:

• Audio capability for listening to presentations
• Optional: Webcam and microphone for interactive participation

Smart Like A Fox, a program of DB3, LLC is not responsible for access issues caused by inadequate technology, internet connectivity problems, or incompatible devices.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Smart Like A Fox, a program of DB3, LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Prevention of fraud or scams
• Ability to detect all forms of misinformation
• Specific results from applying workshop techniques
• Protection from all forms of manipulation or deception

The workshops provide educational tools and methodologies. Individual results may vary based on circumstances, diligence, and application of learned techniques.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, including but not limited to presentation slides and handouts, downloadable resources and checklists, video recordings and transcripts, and website content and graphics, are the intellectual property of Smart Like A Fox, a program of DB3, LLC and are protected by copyright law. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written consent. Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants must:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
• Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
• Not use workshop platforms for commercial solicitation or spam
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

Smart Like A Fox, a program of DB3, LLC reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate conduct without refund.

7. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment Terms

• All workshop fees are due in advance at the time of registration
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested by email to [email protected]
• Cancellation requests must be received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled workshop start time
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time are not eligible for refunds
• Failure to attend a workshop does not constitute a cancellation and no refund will be issued

Workshop Scheduling

Workshops must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase. Unscheduled workshops expire without refund.

Refunds

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Smart Like A Fox, a program of DB3, LLC reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Like A Fox, a program of DB3, LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from participation in workshops or use of materials
• Damages resulting from reliance on workshop content
• Damages caused by third-party tools, websites, or resources referenced in workshops

Participant's sole remedy for dissatisfaction with services is to discontinue use.
